Founder & Head Brewer
My interest in brewing beer began when I started homebrewing in my early 20’s using Mr. Beer kits. The craft beer scene showed me the endless possibilities of brewing craft beer, and it was something I wanted to be a part of. Brewing craft beer quickly developed into something I am truly passionate about.
In 2017, I enrolled in Cal Poly Pomona’s first Assistant Brewers Training Program. Once I completed the program, I obtained an assistant brewer position at Mt. Lowe Brewing Company in Monrovia. About a year later, I became the head brewer at Long Beach Beer Lab. I then helped out at The Stout House in Upland as a beertender and assisted in brewing and other beer related tasks.
Currently, I am devoted to perfecting my brews on my 1-barrel pilot system through research and development. If I’m not brewing beer, I am fermenting something, whether that’s hot sauce, sourdough, or kombucha. I love experimenting with fermentation, and I am happy to share my creations with you!
